All Saints Church, Orpington

There has been a Church on the present site since Saxon times. These 2000 headstones represent a small amount of the many people buried at Orpington over the years. Burial records for All Saints are available at Bromley Historic Collections/Bromley Library. They are also available from some family history websites. Familysearch have images of All Saints Parish records which are not indexed but they are online and the books are not the same as the ones in Bromley Library. The Church also has its own records. This is the old Churchyard. Around 1920 burial plots for the Churchyard extension across the road became available.
